Our services involve strategic planning, research, and execution that require dedicated time, resources, and expertise. To ensure clarity and avoid any ambiguity, we have established the following refund guidelines:

1. Refund Eligibility Window

Clients may request a refund only within 48 hours from the time of payment.

Refund requests received after the 48-hour window will not be considered, as project resources and timelines are allocated immediately upon confirmation of engagement.

2. Commencement of Work

Once our team has begun any form of research, strategy development, data analysis, or project execution, the service is deemed to have commenced.

At this stage, regardless of the 48-hour period, no refund will be applicable. This is due to the investment of specialized resources and intellectual efforts that cannot be reversed.

In cases where a refund request is made within the eligible window and the project has not yet commenced, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.

The standard processing time for refunds is 7–10 business days, subject to the client's bank or payment provider timelines.

5. Billing Errors & Duplicate Payments

If a payment error occurs due to a technical issue or a duplicate transaction, MetaMiles will issue a full refund after verification.

Clients must notify our accounts team immediately in such cases, with proof of the duplicate charge.

Clients are advised to carefully evaluate our services, proposals, and deliverables before making payment.

Initiating a project with MetaMiles constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Refund Policy.
